Tomorrow is July 4th, The American “Independence Day“. The date that America became an independent country. It is traditionally celebrated with fireworks, local parades and family gatherings. July 4th is also a Federal Holiday with many local events around America.
A Record Breaking number of more then 43 million people are expected to travel during the 4th of July weekend, so if you are one of these travelers, here are a few Events you should consider to attend.
You can go to the “National Archives” to see the original “Declaration of Independence”, or join the Parade at Constitution Avenue. But you can also enjoy the Free Smithsonian Folklife Festival with Special Food and Music. And don’t forget the Fireworks Show over the National Mall at night…
