Today (14th July), France celebrated “Bastille Day” which is a France National Holiday, It is considered the day of The “France Revolution” when angry Parisians stormed the Bastille prison in 1789, symbolising the downfall of monarchy and the first step to democracy.
The Festivities includes:
* a Military Parade on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées.
* Endless FireWorks.
* Many local events in cities and villages.
and best of all a FREE entry to The Louvre on Bastille Day.
